Curriculum Registration Request

By selecting this box, you agree to the terms and conditions set by this User Agreement.

First Born® and More is the sole author and sole owner of all copyrights of the First Born® and More Curriculum. This User Agreement constitutes “usage guidelines and instructions” under the “Home Visiting License Agreement in between the First Born® and More and your organization. It incorporates by reference all other terms of the License Agreement. The Curriculum is collectively, all versions and formats of the projects (guides, workbooks, resource files), pamphlets, or other publications or documents prepared by or on behalf of First Born® and More.

Authorized Use:

1. The Curriculum may be duplicated or distributed as specified in the License Agreement.
2. Authorized Use does NOT include network access to Curriculum by third parties.

Usage Guidelines and Instructions:

1. First Born® More has issued each User a username and/or password to access the Curriculum. This information should not be share with a third party and must be kept confidential.
2. Licensee/Authorized User has the right to transfer the guides, workbooks, and/or other documents that are part of the Curriculum to an unlimited number of devices (memory device, local desktop computer, portable devices, LAN server, or cloud-based server) for use by Authorized Users according to the terms of the Licensing Agreement.
3. Licensee/Authorized User may make one copy of the Curriculum for the sole purpose of creating a backup file.
4. Posting files in the public domain on the Internet is prohibited.
5. Resource files including letters, certificates, templates, samples, and other tools that are part of the Curriculum, may be customized for the purpose of meeting the Site’s objectives, on the understanding that copyright information is clearly displayed within all files and the copyright remains with First Born® and More.  Such materials are considered “Derivative Works” under the License Agreement.
6. Failure to complete all initial and annual training within the required timeline will result in the revocation of the password/access to the curriculum.
7. Authorized User must access the curriculum at least every 45 days. Failure to access the curriculum within the specified time frame will result in the revocation of User’s access to the curriculum.
