Pricing Sheet For Model Partner
Beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 Updated 7/1/2024

Model Partner: Programs approved to deliver the First Born and More evidence-based model.
Initial Licensing Fee	$4,500 One-time fee.
Details	Implementation Support: Technical Assistance first 3 months. Mentoring Support: First 6 months after the implementation period ends. Access to on-line self-paced and instructor-led training to earn model certification. Annual professional development training. Annual program reporting required. Annual Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Evaluation required. Yearly Q&A sessions with experts in the field (e.g. pediatrician, lactation consultant, occupational therapist, speech therapist, psychology, etc.)
Annual Renewal Licensing Fee	$2,000 per program, due annually on July 1^st.
Annual Curriculum Access Fee	$300/per person, due annually on July 1^st. ** First Born and More Curricula includes the following curriculums: Prenatal Curriculum First Year of Life Curriculum Toddlers Years Three to Five Years Old Early Literacy Development Racial Identity Development Student-Parent Curriculum
Core Training: Home Visitors and Program Managers.
Core Training	Home Visitor - Virtual $1,100/per person, one-time fee. Home Visitor – In Person (Travel costs not included) $1,400/per person, one-time fee. Program Manager – Virtual or In Person (Travel costs not included) $500/per person, one-time fee. **Managers are required to successfully complete the home visitor training prior to starting the program manager training.
