Initial Licensing Affiliation Fee	$2,500 One-time fee. Ongoing Technical Assistance Annual Professional Development Offered by Model Office
Annual Renewal Licensing Affiliation Fee	$1,000 per program, due annually on July 1^st.
Curriculum Access Fee	$300 Curriculum Access/per person, due annually on July 1^st. ** First Born and More Curricula includes the following curriculums: Prenatal Curriculum First Year of Life Curriculum Toddlers Years Three to Five Years Old Early Literacy Development Racial Identity Development

Core Training	2-Hour Training Tour of the Curriculum Navigational Instruction Anticipatory Guidance Training using FB&M Sequences Suggested Curriculum Uses within the scope of the organization’s services
