For Organizations
Our curricula can enhance services already offered by providing your staff with relevant, practical and reflective information that supports families learning in the areas of health, wellness, development, safety, and overall family stability.
Our curricula are available for any organization that works with families including but not limited to childcare centers, child welfare agencies, pregnancy centers, hospitals, etc. These curricula support organizations in increasing their expertise on these topics and provide specific strategies to effectively engage families.
Core Curricula
Our core curricula include four curriculums:
- The First Born® and More Prenatal Core Curriculum
This curriculum provides information to support, mentor, and guide families experiencing pregnancy. - The First Born® and More First Year of Life Core Curriculum
This curriculum provides information to support, mentor, and guide families with children between the ages 0 to 12 months. - The First Born® and More Toddler Core Curriculum
This curriculum provides information to support, mentor, and guide families with children between the ages of 2 to 3 years. - The First Born® and More Three to Five Core Curriculum
This curriculum provides information to support, mentor, and guide families with children between the ages of 3 to 5 years.
Each Curriculum is:
- Available in English and Spanish.
- Appropriate for any literacy level.
- Easily tailored to match the caregiver’s individualized learning style — visual, auditory and/or kinesthetic and tactile.
- Easy to share in paper format, electronically or verbally.
- Intended to be used by professionals and families alike.
- It is a learning and preparation tool for professionals.
- It is a support resource for families.
