Who Can Benefit

Expectant Parents:

If you are seeking support and guidance during pregnancy to prepare you to welcome your child.

Parents:

If you have a child under the age of five and are seeking guidance on navigating the joys and challenges of early childhood.

Foster and/or Adoptive Parents:

If you are caring for a foster and/or adoptive child, under the age of five, and are seeking guidance on navigating the joys and challenges of early childhood.

Relative Caregivers:

If you are caring for a child in a parental capacity that is related to you, under the age of five, and are seeking guidance on navigating the joys and challenges of early childhood.

Fictive Kin:

If you are caring for a child in a parental capacity that is not related to you, under the age of five, and are seeking guidance on navigating the joys and challenges of early childhood.

How Home Visiting Can Help

For new parents raising a child in poverty, alone or as a teenager, extra support from voluntary, high-quality home visiting services can lead to improved family health and self-sufficiency.

Who We Are

We are a multi-generational, relationship-based, culturally sensitive, and family-centered home visiting program designed to support your family during pregnancy and in the early years of your child’s life by helping you create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for your child.

All services are free, voluntary, and offered to you by your local First Born® and More Home Visiting Program, regardless of your economic status or any other “risk” factors.

Learn how to create and nurture loving and positive connections with your child including age-appropriate expectations.

Assessments & Tools
