Supporting clients in creating birth plans and navigating decision-making during labor

First Born® and More is collaborating with Abby Bordner, a local consultant specializing in pregnancy, birth, and early childhood training, to conduct three training sessions in the fall of 2025 aimed at assisting families with birth plans, as well as maternal and postpartum health. Providing support to families throughout their perinatal, maternal, and postpartum experiences is essential for the health and well-being of both parents and their children. Sufficient support from partners, family members, and healthcare professionals can help mitigate the risk of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, which are vital for the overall health of the family.
